It was a real struggle to crawl out of bed today. I felt so cosy snuggled up between my crisp cool sheets and they smelt so fresh as though the maid had only just taken them off the washing line and put them straight onto my bed. I had to get moving though because I have a full day ahead with the Mistress and she is a stickler for punctuality. I learn’t the hard way early in my employment that it doesn’t pay to keep her waiting. She lavishes me with beautiful gifts of silk satin lingerie slips and night wear but any disobedience is met with the harshest of punishments. The one and only time I was late at the Mistresses private offices I spent a week demoted to the position of a maid reduced to waiting on her in the most menial way. I wasn’t allowed to wear the luxurious silky slips and lingerie in the closets but forced to dress in the plain cotton Victorian style bloomers and petticoats like the other maids.
Anyway, I have learned my lesson so I quickly dressed in my fresh luxurious silk satin lingerie, silky stockings and suspender belt. Satisfied that all my pretty feminine attire was in place I shimmied into the gorgeous matching pure silk slip adjusting the full built up shoulder straps so that the lavish embroidered lacy bodice covered my delicate silken bra. Smoothing down the shinny delicate fabric I noticed that the metal suspenders and lacy topped stockings were just discernible through the semi transparent material. The Mistress was sure to notice and I knew she would approve because she insisted that I wear only the finest lingerie that she in fact provides for me (and all the maids too).
After a brief appraisal in the full length mirror I walked over to one of the huge wardrobes to select my outer garments for the day. Bearing in mind that I would be sat in the Mistresses private office with her for most of the day I decided to wear smart rather than elegant today. I am allowed to wear anything from 
the closets for work but she does expect me to exercise some initiative and dress as the occasion befits. For instance, if I am accompanying the Mistress on a business lunch I would wear one of the pure silk or shinny smooth satin blouses with the rever cuffs. These elegant silken delights are semi transparent so my foundation garments can be made out under the beautiful feminine fabric and my employer gets a kick out of that. Today however I am wearing a cool crisp pure white office style blouse and a smart knee length skirt as I sit behind my desk opposite the Mistress. I can feel the metal suspenders through the smooth crisp skirt and it’s silky satin linning even though I am wearing several layers of pure silk satin including frilly French knickers. My full slip is as always visible through the cool crisp cotton blouse and I know that the Mistress likes that so it looks like another great day at the office for me….
